While building renovations have been a focus of our firm, DeCarlo & Doll extends their hands into a wide range of projects, from small size buildings like the Waterbury Firehouse No.4 to full scale educational facilities. The new Middletown High School in Middletown, CT was recently completed at a construction cost of $110,000,000.

As of December 2010 the Restoraton of Waterbury City Hall, a historical landmark listed in the National Historic Register was completed. This structure, originally designed by renowned architect, Cass Gilbert in 1915 houses various dignitaries and town service departments. The recently completed work restored the grandeur of the building's historic materials and details.
