In 1980 Peter DeCarlo, PE and William Doll, PE started the engineering firm, DeCarlo & Doll, Inc. In the following years the company grew to a full service architectural engineering firm, offering architectural design, structural engineering, surveying and concept development services.

In 2006 Doron Dagan and Ronald J. Nault, the Co-Presidents of Luch’s Consulting Engineers decided to expand their services by aquiring DeCarlo and Doll, Inc., forming DeCarlo & Doll/Luchs Consulting Engineers, a mid size, full-service engineering and architectural firm.
